Responsibilities:

  • Conduct vulnerability identification and management
  • Perform offensive security assessments and research emerging threats
  • Develop and maintain automated threat emulation systems
  • Provide recommendations and mitigations for identified threats
  • Generate comprehensive red team reports
  • Undertake project-based research work
  • Conduct security training sessions and outreach for our development teams
  • Develop and maintain security guidance documentation
  • Contribute to security tool development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years in penetration testing and red teaming
  • At least 2 years of experience in security engineering, including network, system security, and authentication protocols
  • Proficiency in a scripting language
  • Expertise in at least two of the following areas: security architecture, network security, IAM, security assessment, software development security, or security operations

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in leading significant company initiatives
  • Proven track record in managing customer relationships and deliverables
  • Proficiency in various penetration testing tools on diverse platforms
  • Multi-language programming skills, especially in scripting languages
  • Strong sense of ownership, and experience in training and mentorship.
